The Himalayan Cloud - Pure Knitted Cashmere Shawl | Made in Nepal
Not all cashmere is created equal.
Our Himalayan Cloud Shawl is knitted from Grade-A cashmere fibre, collected from Himalayan goats at 14,000 ft and hand-knitted by women artisans in a small workshop outside Kathmandu. Unlike woven pashminas, this knitted weave gives you soft stretch, cloud-like coziness and a modern drape that never slips.
It takes 2 artisans 3 full days to knit one shawl. No machines, no shortcuts. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and is quality-checked in our UK studio before it reaches you in Europe.
This is the shawl you will reach for every single day for the next 20 years.

How to Care & Wash - Keep It Cloud-Soft for Years:
Cashmere is delicate. Please treat it like heirloom.
Wash rarely: Cashmere does not need frequent washing. Air it after wear
Hand wash only: Lukewarm water (30°C max), use a cashmere shampoo or baby shampoo. No twisting or wringing. Press gently between towels
Do NOT: Machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or hang wet
Dry flat: Lay flat on a towel in shade, reshape while damp
Store smart: Fold, never hang. Store with cedar blocks, not mothballs
Best option: Dry clean once a season at a trusted cleaner
Pilling is normal for pure cashmere in the first few wears. Gently remove with a cashmere comb.
How to Style - 5 Ways to Wear:
- The Classic Drape: Fold lengthwise, let it fall evenly over both shoulders
- The Parisian Knot: Loop around neck once, let ends hang loose in front
- The Shoulder Wrap: Open fully, drape like a shawl for weddings and dinners
- The Belted Cape: Drape over shoulders and cinch with a thin belt
- The Head Wrap: For bad hair days or a chic winter walk – covers head and neck
